Being a woman is not a day’s job because you need to take care of yourself so much to look good. Every part of your body needs special care. Your eyebrows need care, legs and underarms need to be waxed and your nails need to be taken care of too.
Women are often labeled as ‘complicated’. You must have at one point in your life, met a woman who seems to be more complicated than Chinese algebra.
Women like what we like even though they can’t figure out why. They play games and say things other than what they really mean and expect you to figure it out.
Here are some complicated things about women.
1. They are always shopping but never have anything to wear.
A woman keeps buying clothes, shoes, accessories that she might never wear. But whenever she has to go out she complains of not having what to wear.
2. Everything seems to have a deeper meaning or no meaning at all.
Every of your move, both the ones you’ve made and the ones you are still thinking of making has a meaning.
3. They say one thing but mean another.
A woman will say she’s fine and expects you to figure out that she’s not really fine and if you don’t, you are in trouble.
4. She wants to eat without getting fat.
She wants to keep fit but can’t say ‘NO’ to ice cream, chocolates, cakes and other pastries. Let me indulge a little, I will continue the weight loss programme next week.
5. There’s never a right answer for them.
Woman: Honey, how do I look?
Man: You look amazing.
Woman: You’re such a liar, can’t you see my tummy looks big in the dress?
6. The beauty treatment.
They have a different cream for different parts of the body. There’s the one for face, hand and body.
7. Makeup and dress.
Some women can take hours to apply makeup and when they are done, you sometimes wonder why it took so long. They can wear over five different clothes before they finally decide what to wear.
8. Always competing and comparing.
They always want to be the centre of attention. They walk into a room filled with other women and they begin to compare and contrast.
9. They love compliments but find it hard to accept compliments.
Man: You are so beautiful.
Lady: Thank you. (But she doesn’t believe you).
10. The cliché, beauty is pain.
Majority of women put themselves through pain in order to look good. They would wear shoes that are a size small and 10 inch high heels, even if they have to walk like cockroaches. They wear corsets and waist trainers that won’t let them breathe properly, all in the name of looking beautiful.
There’s always a way to make every complication simple, so is the case with women. Try to understand them, though its hard and then women will seem a bit ‘less complicated’.
