Los Angeles County sheriff’s department to tell prosecutors Jenner should be charged with manslaughter over February crash in Malibu that left one dead
According to Guardian UK, Caitlyn Jenner could face manslaughter charges following a February car crash that killed one and injured seven.

Sheriff’s investigators plan to recommend prosecutors file a vehicular manslaughter charge against Jenner for the fatal crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida said on Thursday that investigators found that Jenner was driving “unsafe for the prevailing road conditions” because her SUV rear-ended a Lexus, pushing into oncoming traffic.

The crash occurred on 7 February. Jenner was driving a black Cadillac Escalade when she rear-ended a Lexus sedan that slammed into a Toyota Prius that had slowed down or stopped on the highway, sheriff’s sergeant Philip Brooks said in February.

Kim Kardashian took to her website on Tuesday to clear up a few rumours currently doing the rounds.

The reality star addressed a number of recent headlines including one that claimed she had ‘ignored’ North West when the 2-year-old recently took a tumble while out in public.

“I just googled myself, which I haven’t done in years,” Kim says as she sits with her assistant Stephanie Shepherd.
“Kim Kardashian ignores North West as she stumbles to the ground,” the headline reads.

But Kim insisted North was was just playing around and didn’t fall at all.She said

“North does this thing where she – if people are holding her hands she’s just wants to be like, ‘Swing me, carry me’. She didn’t stumble, she was just playing around so she didn’t stumble.

“It was a picture of me not looking at her. I was like, ‘Northy, come on, stop,’ and so I got my keys and I went to look forward and they got the picture of her being silly and her messing around and they were like, ‘Kim doesn’t even look around and she doesn’t even care,’ but she was just being silly.”

Talking about a recent story which claimed she and Kanye’s relationship is on the rocks, she said: “I’ve definitely had my fair share of dramatic relationships.
“But honestly this is the most calm – and it’s like ‘nope’ we are still together and we are happy so there’s really nothing to report on.”

While talking about adding to her brood, the 35-year-old shared:

“My husband might be trying for a third child but I am not – so I don’t know maybe that’s kinda true but maybe not really true.”
If it happened it happened but I don’t think we are trying, so maybe it’s not true,” she added.
